Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building a diverse talent pool and ensuring that our hiring processes align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday for tracking applicants and managing recruitment workflows.

Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent management best practices.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.

Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process while maintaining positive candidate experiences.

Foster strong employee relations by providing support throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

Engage in internal recruiting efforts to identify potential candidates within the organization for open positions.

Assist in training development initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of new hires.
Skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, for effective candidate management.

Job Title: Logistics Recruiter
Company: DEG Logistics
Location: Remote (Work from home)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Compensation:

Base Salary: $800 - $1,500 per week (dependent on experience, performance, mileage, and schedule)

Payment Schedule: Weekly, starting on Mondays
Supplemental Pay:

Multiple bonus opportunities, including:

Monthly bonuses

Recruitment Bonus Program:

Meet benchmarks, expand our team by encouraging others to join, and earn extra income for each new driver you refer

Average Bonus: $250 per qualified driver.

Potential Earnings Example (driver must work min 30 days; resets monthly):

Refer new qualified drivers monthly:

Four Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers: $1,000 (4 x $250)

Ten Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers: $250 (10 x $2,500)

Twenty Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers: $500 (20 x $10,000)
Background Check:

A background check through "DEC Second Chance" is required. DEG evaluates candidates on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of any felony, the time elapsed since the incident, and the individual's qualifications and rehabilitation efforts.
